Dr. Jeff Tam is a highly experienced radiologist who earned his medical degree from the University of Melbourne before completing his radiology training at Alfred Health. In 2010, he achieved fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR), specializing in both general and interventional radiology.
Dr. Tam’s professional journey includes fellowships in general and interventional radiology at the Alfred, followed by a consultant role in interventional radiology at both Alfred Health and Gippsland Regional Health Service. He further honed his skills over six years at Frankston Public Hospital under the IIP, and seven years with I-MED Radiology, where he provided diagnostic and interventional services, including Tier B procedures, at various private hospitals.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Tam is a dedicated educator and mentor. He is currently the head of the interventional radiology component of the International Certificate of Radiology Fundamentals with Radiology Across Borders, where he also volunteers. His passion for both radiology and teaching underscores his commitment to advancing the field and sharing his expertise.
